No BS

No ads, no hidden purchases, no sneaky freemium features. Grateful that this exists.

Annoying!

This app is good for beginners, BUT this is the third time my notes for my sessions get wiped out for no reason. I spend time writing very specific notes on exercises, how I am feeling, energy level, tweaks I have made, types of bands I used, etc ... writing meticulous notes take time and is very important to keep track of progression. BUT why does this app delete my notes! I HAVE LOST ALL MY NOTES!!!

Can’t delete exercises

I can’t delete any of the exercises! Please fix this.

Great App Simple and effective

Great app it does what it is supposed to do and goes away when you close it . No nag screens no pop up wanting you to “buy the premium version” The beauty of this app is in it’s simplicity. It just works no BS. Well done.

Works great for me!

Only feature I don't use is bodyweight. Read from my Apple Health data! because why would I use it if Apple Health handles stuff like that far better? Syncing data with iCloud would be pretty cool. Being able to glance at my log on my apple watch during my workout would be pretty dope.
