Log in issues

I’ve used this app for two years with my dr and now I can’t log in at all and keep receiving an error message of failed domain retrieval or just literally “something went wrong, try again later”. I have tried everything and can’t log in anymore.

Response from developer

Dear User, We’re truly sorry you’re experiencing this issue, especially after using the app reliably for so long. We completely understand how frustrating it must be not being able to log in when you need to. Our team thoroughly investigated but couldn’t find any system-wide issues during the timeframe you mentioned. In rare cases, access difficulties can happen due to temporary network or location-related factors outside our app’s systems. We would really like to work with you directly and get this resolved as quickly as possible. Please reach out to us at success@fold.health — our support team is ready to assist you one-on-one. Thank you again for your trust over the past two years. We truly appreciate you being part of the Fold Health community. — The Fold Health Support Team

Login issues

Please allow me to stay logged into the app for longer durations or at least ensure that I can use a password manager to login to my app. The password field is deleting my password after pasting in from 1Password… It is such a pain to log into the app if you use a secure password as I do. I attempted to contact App support about this issue via the App Store but that link appears to be broken?

Response from developer

Dear User, First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration caused by the issues with the password field and the broken support link in the App Store. Your experience is far from what we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. To address the login inconvenience, our team is actively exploring ways to enhance the password field compatibility with password managers like 1Password. We understand the importance of both security and convenience, and we’re committed to finding a balance that serves our users best. In the meantime, as an immediate workaround, we encourage the use of Face ID or Touch ID for a more seamless login experience, which you might find helpful. We have also fixed the broken support link in the App Store and would like to offer you a direct line to our customer support team at support@fold.health for any immediate concerns or further assistance you might need. Furthermore, we value the voice of our users in shaping our app’s future. If you’re interested, we would love for you to join our user feedback group, where you can directly influence the improvements we make and get early access to upcoming features. Again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced, and we’re grateful for your patience and willingness to help us improve. Your input is instrumental in making Fold not just a tool, but a support system for our users. Warm regards, The Fold Support Team

Why Lanby, why??

Dear Lanby, why are you putting this terrible app between your patients and your care team? A primary selling point of concierge medicine is easy, seamless access. Your user experience is your product.

Switching from direct access over email and text to this buggy app is a major regression. I don’t need another inbox in my life. I definitely don’t need a buggy app.

“The experience at the doctor should be so good that it’s the highlight of our day.” Where did I read that?
