Only shootable on the app is stupid
Ce n’est pas normal de ne pas avoir la possibilité d’utiliser la table tournante et les fonction hors de l’application et sans Bluetooth. Je vais de la photographie professionnelle et je ne souhaite pas utiliser l’app de photographie très peu performante de Foldio. Je souhaite seulement utiliser la boule lumineuse et la table tournante. Mauvais produit pour un usage professionnel.

Not fit for purpose as a turntable.
As others have mentioned , the hardware and this software are NOT a controllable turn table.
The hardware with this software is ONLY an import device to get 360 product photos into their library , to which you then have access.
This solution doesn’t allow you to operate the foldio360 without having the foldio360 app open and active 100% of the time. This all photo and video capture is ONLY what can be done with the foldio360 app. You cannot capture with any other app on your smartphone, become the moment you switch away from this foldio360 app, the turntable stops. It needs constant commands from the app to move.
So you cannot use your other photo or video or capture apps to image the item rotating on a foldio360 platter.
The whole mess is going back to them as a return.

Stops working as soon as you exit the app
I purchased this for product videography. First of all it’s annoying that you need an app to operate this, but it is what it is. The biggest problem is that as soon as you exit the app, the turntable stops rotating. So if my phone shuts off because of a timeout it stops rotating. So if I wanna take a photograph while this is rotating it will shut off. So you need a phone that is dedicated just for the turntable and that will not shut off at any time during your shoot. In theory this is a great little product but impracticality that is a huge, huge workflow killer

Very limited.
Was pretty disappointed to discover you can’t take single pics with the Foldio360. The only option is the full 360 rotating photo shoot. The resolution is actually pretty poor unless you PAY for the upgrade. The lighting is also very dull when shooting diamonds.
App is dead
App is dead. As mentioned by others this app hasn’t been updated for years now even though the product is still being sold on Amazon. It literally doesn’t work with anything newer than iOS 16.

Not very good
Not very good at first yet worse once I increased my $ subscription to pro. After it facilitated a test of removing the background on a video & photo file, and it looked actually good and easy to use, I purchased it, then immediately the app did not allow that tool to be used on videos. It was then also far too bright - unusable - on the photos and still didn’t remove the background despite it being the same one teated previously in their test option. Looks like only access to a 3D file is via their website so you don’t own the footage you make with this App.
I would be interested in the feedback and fix RE these very basic problems.

Disappointed
No direct control over captured content without total dependency on the web portal. This defeats the purpose of the purchase - to use the content for scientific publications requires easy access to raw files at full resolution

Needs to be updated for iOS 17!
The software has abruptly stopped working with iOS 17, and my fairly expensive turntable is now a very expensive paperweight. I hope the developers can tweak the code to get it running again soon.

Bluetooth does not work anymore and not other choice to use my turntable.

Since upgrading my phone to iOS 17 every time I play a video it closes the app please sort this out, I spent a lot of money on this kit, please deal with this issue

Background fill doesn’t work
Upgraded to premium version, but the app still won’t remove the background. Button is simply greyed out and nonresponsive. Is this a fake feature of the app?

Uygulama üzerinden fotoğraflar spinzam a yüklenebilir olmalı, pc ye bağlı kalınmamalı.
Ayrıca herkesin paylaşım yaptığı yerde insanlar birbirini takip edebilir olmalı, en azından takip ettiğimiz kişiler neler yapmış sürekli görmüş oluruz.

Not possible to switch lens (between wide, ultra wide and tele)
The app works well, but there is no way to choose the lens that will take the picture. If you can fix this, the app would way better.
