URL doesn’t work
I cannot even get into this app. I have followed the instructions for copying the URL and it still says it’s wrong. There’s nowhere I can email or get support to see what the issue is. Extremely disappointed in this app.
Zero stars
If I could get the zero stars, I would. It was working fine for a number of years, but now it has completely stopped working. It won’t let me login, even though the credentials are accurate.

Very poorly written app. Besides the lousy interface, it completely stopped working.

I had trouble even logging on because the password button covered up the sign in button on the screen. Once I finally got in I received no notifications. I waited a few days but still nothing, when I check the website teachers had recently posted grades but did not show up in the app. The setting menu also has no function and just says error every time.

Good Idea, Terrible Execution.
You are happy to find the app in the store, the login looks legit and takes the schools URL and login credentials. Then you get updated from the school (outside of Aspen) that info is posted on ASPEN… but all you can see is the “Welcome…” notification with options to view the About, Settings and can Logout. I waited a week to see if anything would sync up and nothing. I ended up just logging in via a browser and making a “homepage” link on my phone - so much easier! It’s been 7-8 years since an update (2014?).
I’ll take this is a clear sign as to why this app is not posted anywhere on the school systems sites??
Perhaps there’ll be an update soon with much better overall functionality with the app. It could be a great, useful, informative and up-to-date app too!

Does not work
This app literally does not work every time I open I just have a blank white screen.
omg
this app is fine when it actually works but half the time it never does work....like at all.....it could be working for months then just one day stop sending notifications?? weird ......
Terrible
I hope the services provided by this company are free to our schools because everything about these systems is crap. Layouts are terrible, usernames that are provided to us are silly, ability to log in is crap, it is not intuitive at all and try to find a report card from a semester previous and you might as well be looking for a needle in a haystack. The website and the app are just utterly useless. This whole system has zero redeeming qualities. I wish I could rate it zero stars.

Garbage App
This app is garbage. Power School is the best app. The only way they can be selling this app is if they are paying off school administrators to buy it for their schools. Who in their right mind would buy an app for their school system that only gets 1.7 stars out of 5??????? It is garbage and they know it.

Doesn’t work on newer iPhones
I had this app on my Samsung Galaxy phone and it worked as it was supposed to. It’s a really basic app but I did get notifications of my kids’ grades. I got an IPhone XR and the app just doesn’t work. I sign in but the notifications page is completely blank, and the settings page says it has an error then kicks me out.

This app only gave me notifications for the first semester. Now, even though all my settings are set to send notifications, it’s silent. Does not work well. It’s the same as checking the website so what’s the point of the app?
Log on button hidden
Log on button in iPhone 7 is hidden by the keyboard. I can’t log into the app. Please fix.

I am a teacher and it would be so much easier to quickly access aspen on my phone. I was super excited to see this app, but am not sure how to access my student list and info on the app. Is this even possible to do?
