Another disappointment
All hype, no real efforts. I was hoping this app would at least try to do what they claimed but messaged them over issues a few weeks ago and never heard back. Sent them a previous message months ago and nothing but figured I’d give the app a chance but it’s just so flawed.
I upgraded to the premium and it continuously shows me as not having one. So you try to go into your account and it automatically kicks you back out and back from the start you go. It just pretty much throws you in loops and when it does actually work to get a picture analyzed in the past. It gave me multiple readouts to the exact same picture from one extreme to the other. I know my hair is thinning so why it read I had a full head of hair is beyond me but it’s pretty much another failure. Don’t waste your money and avoid this app.
I’ll update this review if I ever hear back and it can get resolved but it’s been radio silence.

Hello, I'm deeply sorry for the issue you're having with the premium service bug that occurs with some subscribers. I've provided the instructions on requesting the refund and can manually reset your subscription if this issue occurs again. We are in the final stages of a newer release that will resolve this issue and along with several other improvements. This is such a great tool to have to see if the hair growth products you use actually work.
Fantastic, Simple, Intelligent
Last year I started to notice that I was losing some hair slowly, and it’s only progressively gotten worse since. I decided that it was time to explore my options, maybe I’d find a way to slow the hair loss, or reverse it entirely. The thing that I love about this app is that it connects me with recommended regrowth products based on analysis by AI, AND, it provides simple visualizations and metrics to track my progress when using a treatment.
So far, so good, the app is really simple, smart, and I’m loving the AI capabilities!

Finally an app that i can track my progress
I’ve wanted an app like this since I started using finasteride in my late 20s to check if my hair thickness was being maintained. Glad I have an app now that will help me track my progress.
