Makes you answer a bunch of questions and then tell you to pay. That should be stated upfront and before. App deleted, useless money grab
Extremely Disao
This is actually the first time I have bothered to review an app, but the experience was so bad that I wanted others to know and hopefully avoid wasting their time.
I was excited about finding a nutrition app where I could chat both to make it easier to track my nutrition vs. goals and to dive deeper into some of the metrics and how to improve.
The first issue is that the app kept forgetting things already outlined. This memory fade cost a lot of time because I had to keep repeating myself.
Second, there was an issue where repeatedly it would simply reply with something like “Sorry I can’t find the food you are trying to adjust,” even though I wasn’t trying to adjust anything. I would then just reply “focus” and it would get back on track.
These kind of repeated inputs are what drove the final thing that put me off this product. I was trying to work through how to lower my sodium and all of a sudden I got a message “You have reached your limit of 200 chats for the day.” Mind you there was no warning, nothing I saw when I signed up ever mentioned a limit. This was my first day with the app, and I spent a lot of effort trying to figure out how best to communicate with it, and digging into a lot of questions, but probably half of my chats were trying to get it to correct when it had memory fade or glitched.
Overall, even within the core product there are big problems. It was significantly off in calculating nutrition from a photo I uploaded. Other times even when I gave it a specific brand of something I ate, it miscalculated the nutritional info.
Overall, like a lot of AI tools this one was clearly rushed to production before it was ready

Identify
The Welling AI does not identify your meal very adequate even when I take a close up picture of my meal
Best tracker!
This is probably best tracker for someone who doesn't like recording things on Notes or any other platforms. You can literally tell the chat, and it will record it for you! So simple, so easy!
Food Database
The app is super easy to use and has clean aesthetics. Their database actually does a great job showing a wide range of food cultures I eat from too
