What is the appeal of this??
Text boxes and buttons in the app are sometimes invisible, so you have to hope you typed things in correctly before tapping around the screen hoping to confirm.
5 people near me have scanned the barcodes on random bills. There was no story for my bill, which was stamped with advertising for this app. I assumed the person who stamped it would have left a trail, but no. Its brand new and unregistered.
Why on earth would I spend precious seconds of my life to take pictures of my money and recall where I got handed a particular bill. And why, why, why would I PAY for the privilege to do so?? I thought this would be like geocaching with some “look how many other folks touched this” but its just some very strange “game” with cryptic titles for “looters” and “bounties” for searching for money?? Why would I “reward” someone else for finding a random piece of cash?
