Terrible app
Sign up is terrible, got stuck in broken flows, couldn’t link a valid card. Pairing with on-seat tablets is also tricky and times out unexpectedly when you’re ordering.
Sometimes it works
It’s been months since I’ve managed to connect the app to the tablet in the cinema. So I decided to reinstall the app. Now it just crashes every time instead. 💀

New, clean, cosy, comfy recliners and yummy food drinks served to your seat. In my experience, so much better than competitors. I love going there.

The app worked fine yesterday and going to the cinema was a great experience. However all of a sudden it won’t open today.

Doesn't work
Want to support this place but the app won't even let me register. Surely they'd have an email backup. May as well stick to my local theatre.
Can’t register
App failed at the first hurdle. I couldn’t even register an account
No parking options
No parking pass and had to pay $8 for parking to see a movie. Every other cinema has free parking to see a movie.
Cinema experience
Friendly helpful staff. Relaxing clean seats. Well maintained toilets. Food was good too. Some issues connecting the seat tablet to Oder food but otherwise a great experience
Needs Work
App would not connect to the tablet so I had to get up and order my food at the counter. It also does not display my current movie ticket - it is showing my old one.
