What an awful app
Why can’t the tickets just appear and you buy them? I have not gotten one notification while on the stupid waitlist and autopay failed on their end

Waitlist notifications should be sent to you by push notification and email if a ticket that matches your preferences becomes available. If other tickets are listed, you can also buy them as they appear on the event in the app. We’d love the opportunity to investigate your auto-pay setup to see what might have happened and assist. Good luck - Sell privately. These are just another shark in the concert waters.
Convoluted process. Incorrect wording of instructions prevented me from selling previous tickets last year, and given excuses as to why they weren’t accepted and that proved to be incorrect as well. Recently I noticed that once ignoring their incorrect instructions I had success. I note that incorrect instructions are still in evidence from last year and have not been corrected.
