Simple and intuitive
This is the recipe app I have been waiting for! I love how I can paste in a web address and Fond intuitively breaks the recipe down and reformats it in a smart, simple, step-by-step format without all the bloat that comes with reading recipes online (I don’t need the author’s complete life story; just give me the recipe!). The built-in timers are super convenient and I love how I can have Fond automatically adapt the recipe depending on how many people I’m trying to feed. Guys, this is an amazing app. You need to give it a try!

Deeply flawed
Interesting concept, but poorly executed. Ingredients get truncated. Details are lost.
For example, 1 tablespoon lemon juice becomes 1 lemon.
1 onion cubed is transformed into 1 onion.
Useless app. Needs fixing.

So streamlined
This app is fantastic. No more scrolling back and forth to check ingredient amounts. With the built in timers, ingredients, and steps all in one place - this is now my go to cooking app.
Great App, could use some small improvements
This app does make following recipes easy, and also lets you easily add your own recipes from the web, or manually. One thing that would be nice would be the ability to edit the imported recipes steps better. I’d like to reorder some items that I feel are out of order and turn some into timers that didn’t import that way. I’d also love an automatic shopping list feature. But those are just small items. In reality it is a very good app.
