Cannot capture the things I want to capture. Paid for 1 year and they auto charged for the second year. Asked for refund but they rejected.
DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CARD UNLOCKED
Had to eventually lock my debit card and run through MULTIPLE loopholes because they kept charging me for a subscription that I wasn’t even able to cancel. I’ve been trying to contact their email for A MONTH now and I still heard nothing back from them. They will charge you $45 every month and you’d have no way of knowing UNTIL you look at your transaction history on your card which is unfortunately how I found out I have $180 less in my account. I’ve been trying to request a refund on paddle.net (which is apparently what they use) and I’ve gotten absolutely nothing. It took TWO conversations with a bot to finally even cancel the subscription successfully despite being told by the bot that it already has been cancelled, and everytime I’d try to request a refund I was met with the same answer. I haven’t managed to find somebody that was able to help me on paddle.net and I’ve sent MULTIPLE emails to the company that has this app, it’s been over a MONTH and I still do not have any response.
