Genuinely doesn’t work
Unfortunately only my 3rd time trying to use this device and it already doesn’t work, I’ve follow all the steps for troubleshooting including restarting the app, deleting and reinstalling, turning all setting off and back on, turning off and back on wifi, forgetting and reconnecting wifi, doing those separately and together, turning the device off and back on, nothing works, it’s a bust unfortunately

I just got mines today and connected it used it one time then the video froze and now it’s just saying that the device is not connected even though it’s connected on the Wi-Fi
Don’t even bother downloading the app.
This app is awful. It won’t connect to my ear cleaning device. I’ve tried on multiple different devices yet. It still won’t work or connect. It’s very frustrating that I spent my own money on this and I’m not even able to use it.

after a few minutes it froze and after charging, turning both the device and my phone off, and reconnecting to its wifi countless times it still just directs me to reconnect even though i'm already connected to it

If you’re having trouble connecting to WiFi . Turn CELLULAR data off so the WiFi would is the only connection left on . After doing so I got mine to work!

Very easy set up took less than three minutes to set up if you follow instructions correctly. I did notice that sometimes you have to turn off your cellular data in order for the app to work on your phone so maybe people are having that problem. All you want is your Wi-Fi turned on and connect to the "Fongool Wi-Fi" and then restart the app. But I had no troubles on my end. Also excellent video quality!

The folks saying it doesn’t connect aren’t doing it right. Connect to the device like it’s a WiFi hotspot. It works great and had no issues connecting.

So it connects to the internet but its a 20 out of 100 chance that it will actually let me see the video but the actual product is alright.
