Hi shanpmeg! We're sorry the score is not that clear for you - if it's a 3, keep an eye on the red bubble right on top of the score which says which parameter of the product doesn't fit your diet / restrictions / allergies. We're giving food scores based on the many factors, which include nutritional value, basic ingredient healthiness check, recommendations for consumption doses, and, finally, it's general conformity with the diet, personal restrictions and allergens that you've kindly mentioned when you first installed the app. We would also suggest updating the app to the latest version - we've added a nutrition value breakdown to it. And we're currently working on the Ingredients tab update, which will also get you a lot of explanations on why a certain ingredient might make the score lower, so stay tuned!

Hi MySlinky, we are very sorry that you've encountered issues with our app, it shouldn't be like that. We provide free scans so you could try it out, so if you didn't have them, there must have been a bug. We recommend you to update app to the latest version, which fixed a couple of issues and try again. And in the meantime would you please write us at support@fuduapp.com what exactly you were trying to do when the app experienced technical issues for you? We'd love to make sure it never happens for you and the rest of our users! - Fudu team
