Charged a subscription that doesn’t work

I paid the subscription to get full access and no matter what I do it only unlocked one set of backgrounds. Not worth it no way to get it fixed pretty much.

Good but disappointed

The app is great for photography with one issue, I subscribed to the pro unlimited to unlock all the backgrounds including the 45° and 90° angle ones, and no matter what I do they didn’t unlock. I’ve emailed the developer 4 times without a single response for help, including even an automated one saying they received my email. There’s no way to get a refund on what I paid. I will continue to use the top shot backgrounds, but I’m super upset I don’t have access to what I paid for. It also won’t let me register my catering company.
