This app is so convenient and allows me to keep up with all our prescriptions and easy refills. Also a great tool when visiting the doctor. Just pull up the medications list on the app.

Needs improvement
They really need to change the descriptions of the prescription status to make them more clear. An rx can say “filled” but that could mean several different things like waiting for authorization or not ready for refill. Also unless I’m missing something there’s no way to archive old prescriptions and that takes up way too much space on the screen.

Old prescriptions never get deleted. Have to scroll and scroll to find all your meds. Very annoying.

This is a very helpful app. I especially like being able to scan my prescription.
Option to Archive
I would rate the app at 5 stars, but the fact that you can’t delete or archive old prescriptions makes it really hard to use. Even if prescriptions that have expired would automatically be archived it would help. Doses changes fairly often and if you aren’t paying attention and pick an older prescription with the old dose or number of times per day, you can be up a creek because some meds require more upkeep (and in-person Dr visits) than others. Food for thought.

Trusted for Years
I used to use a mail order Rx service that was recommended by BCBS. But after a while, it became cumbersome. I switched to Food City, Euclid Avenue, Bristol, Va. I’m so glad I did because the staff is always so friendly and helps me with the process. And most of all, the pharmacists Hannah and Lance are just the best! Really glad to have them as a very important part of my medical team!

For the most part, I like the app. I do however wish the Quick Refill Feature allowed the switching of the patient’s name prior to scanning the Rx bottle to be refilled. I might be just unaware of how to do this? I find I have to go thru Patient Profile to pick the correct name of a family member before submitting a refill request which takes more time to do.

Really hard to find the right prescription
Needs to only have current RX available, needs to show last filled on the same page. Why would you have an expired or no refill prescription in the list of available options?
