Horribly Designed UI and Backend
I could vibe code in a single night a better app than this. Constant issues with 2fa when logging in, terrible user design flow, outdated interface and modules being used.
Awful
Whether trying to book an appointment or download immunization records, it crashes every time. 0/10 do not recommend…. But of course it’s the only thing our pediatrician gives us to access records 🙄
Doesn’t work
Any time you tap on any of the menu options the app just crashes and shuts down. I wish the doctor’s office didn’t use this awful app!
Poor App
Hard to set up account. After 5hrs and 2phone calls , finally have account set up.

Useless
The app opens, but that is it. Nothing loads and all you get are timeout errors.
