Terrible Cannot load return message
Contacted my doctor this morning and she promptly messaged me back. There is a notification a message is there in 3 different places, but I cannot load the message going on 45 minute wait. This is not the first time. I have the most recent version. Terrible!
Awful
Trying to click into anything within the app you’ve got a 30% chance what you click on will open and it not take you 10 tries. Super frustrating when I thought this was supposed to be easier than logging on desktop computer.
Terrible functionality
I am having the hardest time just pushing the buttons. You’ll block a link, it’ll turn red indicating you clicked it, but it won’t take you anywhere. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won’t. Same with the messaging button. I can’t get it to let me send a message regarding a concern in my lab results! I had to exit the app multiple times just to finally see all my lab results. It’s not user friendly at all. And when I tried looking at the graph, it only lets me see what fits on the screen and it won’t let me scroll over so I can see the other half of it. Not trying to complain, just hoping to notify someone who works on the app of some of the glitches so maybe they can work on them. I’ll increase my rating if I notice this improves.

PLEASE FIX
This app and website are completely useless and barely useable even when it doesn’t time out on you. I have been trying to access my nurse’s message for over 5 minutes and can’t get it to show up. Took 2 minutes to get my next appointment to show up. Please fix this or stop wasting the money you get from us the patient and hire someone else to fix these problems!!!!

Horrible
Your app has to be in the top 5 of worst apps of all time. It is pathetically so slow even to send or check a message. Right now I’m showing I have a new message. Click on the inbox and what happens SLOWLY? No message. Please fix this horrible time waster of an app. You are making millions so could use some of that money from the plandemic lies to fix this.
