We've improved sign-in and verification experiences, fixed issues that could interrupt access to Benefits, Bills and Claims, and Health and Wellness links, and resolved problems with viewing ID cards. We also improved keyboard accessibility, updated pharmacy information for eligible members, and simplified Contact Info for patient-only accounts.

What absolute trash. Cannot actually use the app to do anything. Constant spiny wheel of death, app gets stuck at various verification spots and just sits. Worthless.

Cannot even view or download insurance cards. Completely useless app! Physical cards not received and no way to access. Customer support is just as useless. Very disappointing.
