this app is useless and terrible
it consistently trips up when logging in and just constantly reloads the home page. Also, you can’t do anything on the app - you can’t view open claims or get any helpful or relevant information.

Every time I enter the app, it brings up download the app. I have entered all my information, but it still tells me to download that app. That is very irritating.

Folks this app is total garbage. The people who made it should be fired. I log in it ask me to verify information and takes you back to login and then you login and it does the same thing. There’s a special place in hell reserved for you people.
Can’t scroll upwards and see entire claims history
Someone has to fix this bug. It seems ridiculous having to fight the screen just to scroll down and look at information history. This is silly
