Face idea is broken
We have had this insurance for almost 2 years now, and not once has Face ID successfully worked to log me into my account. It will make me manually enter my password and then a pop up asking me to enable Face ID comes up, but when I hit continue (because my other option is to cancel logging in) it will scan my face and say "successful" but 5 minutes later if I reopen the app I have to do it all again. Is this a minor detail? Maybe. And, once I'm in the app a lot of it is very user-friendly. However, I also think the search functionality is probably the most common use outside of getting my medical ID and also takes at least six clicks to get where I'm trying to go… That could probably be simplified too.

Terrible
Absolutely terrible app and a terrible technology for an insurance provider. Data is consistently out of date, force you to third party sites to find doctors and then doctors marked as accepting are not accepting. Constant logging in for no reason when session is still active. There is a reason this app is terribly rated.

Borderline unusable
Constantly logs you out, frequent crashes
Please please please fix this app!
The app is so awful to use, but we don’t really have a choice. But it can never remember my login information and sometimes I have to restart the app two or three times before it’ll actually log into my account. The function for finding care is clunky and difficult to use and overall this app is just a nightmare.

this app is useless and terrible
it consistently trips up when logging in and just constantly reloads the home page. Also, you can’t do anything on the app - you can’t view open claims or get any helpful or relevant information.
