Horrible

This app is horrible. I’m unable to access anything I need from my child’s medical record. I tried using the desktop version too, and I can’t even get that to work. For being such a major children’s hospital and primary outpatient care provider, you’d think their digital resources would actually function. Extremely disappointing and stressful for parents who rely on this information.

Zero stars

Have downloaded the app repeatedly. Each time I go in and set it so it recognizes my face and it immediately says I attempted too many times and makes me login manually. Horrible app.

Zero stars

If I could Give this app zero stars I would. It hasn’t worked for me in months. I’ve spent hours with tech support. We’ve deleted my account and started over. I still have zero access to anything useful. It’s infuriating when I call and the phone system tells me all the things I can do in the portal. Except, no,
i cannot. I promise.

Horrible app

I try to make an appointment for my daughter with a GI specialist and the only option it gives me is for diabetes care. There are so many platforms that are extremely useful from multiple health systems. I have no idea how this app is even published and made available for patients. It is useless.

I thought it would be better

It’s exactly the same as the old app. Disappointed.
