About

Food Feed Log turns everyday mealtimes into a clear record you can bring to a feeding therapy appointment. LOG A MEAL IN SECONDS Pick the meal, name the food, and choose what actually happened: Refused, Touched/Smelled, Tasted, Ate Some or Ate All. Add texture and sensory notes while it is still fresh. MEDICATION, KEPT WITH THE MEAL Record the medication name, the dose exactly as you gave it, and the time, attached to the meal session it belongs to. A SAFE FOODS DIRECTORY THAT EXPLAINS ITSELF Foods move into the directory from your own repeated observations, and every entry shows the numbers behind it: how many exposures, how many were eaten, and what happened most recently. SEARCH EVERY FOOD YOU HAVE TRIED Filter by food group or by the most recent acceptance level, and open any food for its full exposure timeline. FOOD FEED LOG PRO (optional subscription) Between-appointment summaries for your therapy team: - Date-range coverage: which days in the period have entries, and which do not - Weekly counts for all five acceptance levels - New foods versus foods that were eaten in part or in full - A therapist PDF you export and choose who to share it with Pro is $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription auto-renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Billing starts immediately; there is no introductory or promotional pricing. Everyday logging stays free: meals, medications, sensory notes, the food library and the Safe Foods directory. Food Feed Log records what you observe. It does not diagnose, give feeding or medication advice, or judge safety. "Safe Foods" means familiar from your own log, not allergy-safe or safe to swallow.
