So many issues
This app has so many issues and after seeing all the reviews, the developers clearly don’t care to try to fix them. You have to log in twice every time. Sometimes the app glitches and clears your whole cart after shopping so you have to reorder. Often the app will not show items to add to your cart despite your store carrying said item. If you wait hours then the items will show back up. Many times the app does not show the sale prices for items. If you check out without the sale price showing in your cart then you can’t get the discount but if the sale isn’t showing up then you just have to wait until the glitch in the app is fixed to order. So many hours wasted creating shopping carts and trying to order only for so many problems to occur.
I like to shop food lion pickup but really they should be paying me to pickup after the time wasted trying to order groceries

Deleted store
This app deleted my store for pickup and won’t let me use the app to even look at my list.
No longer working…..
Called corporate and told them they needed this fixed 🤞🏽
Works ok but could be better
The app is a bit redundant with having to sign in twice every time and it’s incredibly frustrating to accidentally hit the back button in the substitution section and be completely locked out of choosing replacements. If there’s a way back to that screen can someone please let me know because the second i accidentally hit it my order starts being filled and the window to choose substitutions and add to my order is closed. If it could be fixed I’d use it more.

Frustrated
I’ve tried very hard to use this app but it continues to have issues of not being able to shop weekly specials.
Broken app
Like what other reviews said, keep looping to sign in. Why do you need 2 separate apps to shop? So broken.
Doesn’t work
Makes me log in a million times just to try to check out cart and even then keeps giving error it just takes me from app to app to website then deletes my whole cart all together doesn’t let me do pick up or delivery i just haven’t been able to get any groceries at all waste of time
Pointless
Spend an hour setting up the cart for delivery, then the app wants me to login. But it won’t accept my credentials. Multiple PW resets make no difference. Devs may need to start over.

Updates are bad, approval for alternatives does not work at all .
Can’t get started
I was having trouble signing up. It never sent the verification code. So I tried to have it call. It didn’t call. Now my email is locked to an account that I don’t have access to. Do not use this app!!!
App Crashes Since Last Update
I used to love this app! The last update created issues and now it crashes repeatedly. I haven’t been able to use it successfully in months. Please fix your app!
Disdain for customers
You should be ashamed honestly, surely you can afford to hire someone to work on this app and make it usable. There’s no way you see repeat complaints of people using your app to attempt to purchase from your store, and being unable to, and don’t step in to fix it.
Hard to set up new account
this app is absolute garbage and is one of the most complicated apps ive ever dealt with. I had to create an account with the same email and verify 3 different times. I also cant link my number to my new mvp account because it says its already in use (never used it before) so I cant even finish setting up my account.

App is trash
App recognizes my email bc have an acct, but when I put in password says it’s wrong even after I reset it several times. Kroger app works perfect! I guess I’ll spend money with Kroger grocery store! Since food lion app is TRASHY!!
No results for eggs
Everything I try to search for has no results. No results for eggs, butter, ginger ale. This app has never been great, but at the very least I was able to search for items. Not only that, why do you have to go to the website to add coupons? Why is it not all in one app? Even with that I would still use this app, but not when I literally cannot search for food items.

Ordering pick up
Adding items to the cart is simple and easy, but once I want to check out it will freeze. I have to close out of the app 5 times before it finally works and I can pick a time slot. App needs improvement.
Needs improvement
This has been the most frustrating app to use and happens when I need it the most! No reason why signing in should be so complicated and that following reset directions lead you to nowhere. One app for grocery and online orders so they sync up together. Food Lion.com/app/ to go/ all won’t take my saved known password. Nothing is consistent.

Used to love it, not anymore
Placed an order today for pickup. Received a text saying it was confirmed, but no link to made edits, choose backups, watch progress. Nothing. Go into the app and no history of my order. No way to find it. What happened???
Disappointed
I used to use this app all the time and I loved it! However for the last year, I can’t ever log in! No matter what I do it won’t accept my password even after I change it. Very disappointed. Talked to customer service and they were great but couldn’t figure out the problem either.
