App hasn’t worked for last 24 hours. It logged me out and now is just endless loop when I try to login. I have experienced the app saying certain items are available in a store but when I can’t find them and check with customer service. I’m told the item isn’t stocked in that store. Kroger can’t get out of its own way.

I’m so sick and tired of your updates. I do believe you are trying to get rid of all the seniors that shop at your stores. It would be nice to actually update.
Deal or no deal
This has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. I always have problems with it when trying to use in store deals, and it took five trips with having issues and asking for help for someone to even know to show me where to get the correct barcode to scan to access the deals. If you don’t scan it first though the deals will not apply. Half the time you cannot even get the barcode to scan and the code is too long to manually enter it in. Frustrating every time I try to use it and makes half the foods that are a “good deal” not
