I’m so sick and tired of your updates. I do believe you are trying to get rid of all the seniors that shop at your stores. It would be nice to actually update.
Deal or no deal
This has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. I always have problems with it when trying to use in store deals, and it took five trips with having issues and asking for help for someone to even know to show me where to get the correct barcode to scan to access the deals. If you don’t scan it first though the deals will not apply. Half the time you cannot even get the barcode to scan and the code is too long to manually enter it in. Frustrating every time I try to use it and makes half the foods that are a “good deal” not

Well that was disappointing
Downloaded and immediately the app does not work lol 💀

I use the shopping list to shop. This latest update changed it completely. It doesn’t list the same way, it’s large icons. The coupons clipped don’t show up on the list unless you click into the item, but then it just shows available coupon, not that it was clipped. Worst of all, there are no quantities so you have to remember how many of each item to get. I hope this gets fixed and back to the way it was in the last version very soon.

The app no longer works
For about two to three weeks the app is blank, just grey blocks.

Terrible
This app is terrible! I only use it because I have to! It’s slow, it’s too flashy and the way the grocery cart is organized is terrible! (Or not organized at all!!!) The design team should take a lesson from HEB! Their app is amazing!!!
New update is dreadful
This app was great and very user friendly until the last update. Now instead of having Kroger pay fuel points and a few other things right in the Home Screen, now you have to click here go over there restart the app click here scroll down. It is absolutely awful. You also used to be able to search while in a list and now you have to go completely out of the lists, search and then add to the list- same deal if you want to scan a barcode in the store. It’s terrible. Such a pity- going to the store is a massive pain now.

Lousy
The app doesn’t really show you what’s available in stores. It says certain products are available in a store when in reality the store doesn’t stock that item. Often when you scan a QR code in store all it does is open a blank webpage. Like most of Kroger it’s pretty useless.
New weekly ad
I VERY MUCH DISLIKE THE NEW ADS!!!! I just want to see the overall ad…… not all the STUFF that is on sale. Just the overall design we use to get!!!!!!!
Not intended for in-store shopping
There are some serious UX flaws in the app for anyone who intends to use the app for in-store shopping. It’s clear the app pushes users to delivery and pickup.
For example, although I have chosen “In Store” as my shopping style, ADD TO CART is the call to action, not add to list. Also, many items are listed as PICKUP ONLY as though I cannot go into the store and buy milk and eggs without assistance.
So looking at frequently purchased items means clicking into each one, finding the tiny list icon and checking it, then going back and the frequent items list scrolls back to the beginning. No easy tap tap tap go to the store.
Similarly, scanning a UPC at home only allows you to add something to an order/cart, not a list.
And YES, you can convert a cart to a list, but many people build a list over several days then go to the store. If the app respected the IN STORE toggle, and added items to a list instead of forcing pickup, I would recommend this app for shoppers.

Scanning digital coupons not working
Scanning digital coupons, which is the only reason I use this app, is not currently working on iPhone. When you scan the QR code, it takes you to the web browser and then back to the app, where it does not show the coupon. Very frustrating.
The worst app
Doesn’t work. Locks you out of completing an order after spending hours building a cart. Avoid and shop anywhere else
Keeps getting harder to use
This app used to be helpful but it keeps getting worse with every update. I want to add items to the shopping list and shop it in store. The newest update makes it difficult. I don’t use the cart options as they don’t show the aisles in store. I add items to the list even when not found in stock to help me select an alternative in store or even when out of stock while making my list the items are in stock in the store, and the new list only lets you select and add to list in stock items. Stop forcing the cart shopping!

Update is HORRIBLE
The newest update is horrible! I can no longer search and add products directly from my list. I have to back out all the way to the main screen, find the product and add from there. NOT user friendly!
Cannot find items!!!
Ever since they upgraded the app- I cannot get the aisle numbers to show up when in search for an item. It’s stuck on “delivery only “. Can anyone help ??? Very frustrating
Shopping list is gone
You have to go through all these machinations to get to the list, no longer easy to just add something which I find very frustrating.
