Wrong orders
Of all the times I’ve ordered from here I think it’s been two times that they’ve gotten my order right. The rest have either been wrong or an item was forgotten and it’s usually always my daughters food that’s forgotten. Never again will I use this app. Just lost a loyal customer.
No customer service
Called to report an incorrect order. No answer. Terrible app!!!
Not working
The app has been good for me for 4 years already. I moved 2 years ago and it they’ve always delivered here. Until a week ago they said they didn’t deliver in my area but I don’t get it I live in Laredo.
Never again
Service is horrible. Placed an order @ 8pm and at 10 they were asking for 10 more minutes. Really?
If they can’t handle the work load is better not to take orders than deliver cold bad food.

First time ordering
Bought fast food from a place near my house. Just so I can have a quick bite to eat before work. 1 hr later still no food. Called Food4You and I was left on hold. So now I’m waiting on probably cold food to eat in a hurry before work. Never again
