Wrong orders
Of all the times I’ve ordered from here I think it’s been two times that they’ve gotten my order right. The rest have either been wrong or an item was forgotten and it’s usually always my daughters food that’s forgotten. Never again will I use this app. Just lost a loyal customer.
No customer service
Called to report an incorrect order. No answer. Terrible app!!!
Not working
The app has been good for me for 4 years already. I moved 2 years ago and it they’ve always delivered here. Until a week ago they said they didn’t deliver in my area but I don’t get it I live in Laredo.

Service is horrible. Placed an order @ 8pm and at 10 they were asking for 10 more minutes. Really?
If they can’t handle the work load is better not to take orders than deliver cold bad food.

First time ordering
Bought fast food from a place near my house. Just so I can have a quick bite to eat before work. 1 hr later still no food. Called Food4You and I was left on hold. So now I’m waiting on probably cold food to eat in a hurry before work. Never again
Cost a lot no weekly discounts offered
Cost is about the same as other even if closer to you. Doesn’t offer any daily discounts with cost of delivery for certain restaurants.

I think the concept is great. My frustration is that every time I add something extra to my order, whether I get a charge or not, I’ll get it probably 3 out of 10 times.

Best delivery service in Laredo!!! Reasonable delivery fees + GOOD wait time! Their notifications to show you the process of your order is wonderful to keep track of your order and the drivers are so polite!! Ordering again soon!

I tried this app and tried to get Chick-Fil-A and used my IBC Visa-card but it didn’t let me checkout? Apparently it didn’t or doesnt accept more then $15 dollars?😡wat does that even mean? I have money in my card and it should have accepted it...I’m so confused
