Garbage
Literal garbage of an app. Useless support . Very poor interface I’ve tried to activate my account for months now I don’t know why it’s even blocked by the admin I’ve never even used it? You can’t even delete your account because it requires a password. There’s no option to create a password btw on sign up because they give you a “OTP” if you need help you have to email support for their useless non existent admin to not respond. There’s a live support chat with brain dead copy and paste drones

I can’t redeem my e-gift card.
I received an e-gift card, and when i try to redeem it, it says i’m on a cooldown? when i try to message the chat option for help, no response? Waste of my good money!!

Absolutely horrible application
Their credit card system does not work, they take the money from your card, cancel the order and give you the five days for refund talk..not to mention they also refuse to accept cash in person which makes no sense since their online credit card system does NOT work.
Other islands can learn from this!!

They took my money and never delivered the full order.
Barely works.
Will work when you now get the app but will NOT refund you when orders are canceled and do not respond to emails or messages with queries. Save your money before they steal it.
Slow app
Went to Trinidad about 14 times in in 2 years and every time I try to use the app it will never let me create an account or even login if I do get the create an account

In my opinion, foodDROP is the best food delivery app in Trinidad. There is a lot of great new restaurants added and I’ve never really had any issues with them. You get timely updates, clear details on delivery and quick/easy payments. They’ve saved me from dying of hunger more times than I can count.

First time using this service and I must say everything was exceptional, I got everything to perfection as I ordered and gave notes on how I wanted it, it came at least half hour earlier than they gave the delivery time, the person delivering it was very pleasant and most importantly everything with still hot when it came even though it was major traffic hour time. Definitely my go to food delivery app when I need to order food

I have been trying to use this app and I keep getting a notification saying that it’s not working I have dealt with chat support and emails that only end up sending me in circles. I guess they are making money regardless so small issues don’t need to be tended to.

This app keeps breaking for no obvious reasons. The people who run and support this app have no clue about customer support. My account just suddenly starts acting strange because of nothing that I did. When I call support, they say I have to send them an email and they will resolve it in 3-5 business days. That is the worst support I have ever received.

Great app, I’ve been using it for quite some time now with fair results however the app itself is still a bit “buggy”. Delayed notifications, updates and real time tracking. Full menu’s aren’t usually posted for a lot of the restaurants. Lots of room for improvement. Customer service always good though
