Hi there, thanks for your feedback and we truly appreciate your support of our app. You can have your customer sign directly on your device using our in-app signature feature. Just make sure “Request customer signature” is enabled for the invoice. Then from your invoice list, swipe left on the invoice, tap “More”, then select “Sign”. A signature box will appear for your customer to sign. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us at support@bookipi.com. We’re happy to help!
