⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Treatment of a Small Business
I’m extremely disappointed with how Invoice2go handled my account. I signed up to use this service for my business, provided the information and documents that were requested, and then my account was suddenly deactivated and permanently closed.
What makes this worse is that Invoice2go told me that all pending payments were canceled and/or refunded, but when I asked why my business was being denied service, I was told they were unable to provide any further information regarding the decision.
That is unacceptable when you’re dealing with a small business that depends on invoicing and payment processing. If there was an issue with my account, documentation, verification, or anything else, I should at least be given a meaningful explanation or an opportunity to correct it.
I am posting this review because normal support has not provided me with an answer. I would like someone from Invoice2go management, account review, or the appropriate escalation department to contact me directly and actually review what happened to my account.
I am willing to update this review if Invoice2go reaches out, explains the situation, and makes a genuine effort to resolve it.

Invoice2Go makes my life very easy. The ability to really customize my invoices to suit my business is a godsend. I easily drop-in my services which vary by customer rakes less than a few seconds and sending is just as quick!!
