Greedy
Been using this app for 11 years for my business. It was great until they became very greedy. I was paying $99 a year then $149 with an adequate amount of invoices. Now to get over 100 invoices a year they want to charge over $600. The quality and functionality of the app hasn’t changed in over a decade so why the inane increase? Customer service has gone down hill. They obit have bot now with no live person.After 11 years I will be cancelling and moving on to another invoicing app as there are plenty of them. You lost a loyal long time customer over greed.

I don't know what I would do without this amazing, simple, beautiful invoice, estimate, project & tax program made simple. i can do everything on the fly & I'm able to keep track of everything! I just love it & can't believe I waited this long to purchase it. Yours truly, Kevin, Majestic Condo. PS. it was recommended by a good friend. I was able to give my tax guy the exact revenue amount in a flash. I'm going to upgrade.

Closed my account with explanation
Getting any information from them in regards to Payments will be impossible. They had me wait for 2 days stating my payment will be available then without notice they closed my account with no specific reason. The worst invoice company ever!

Terrible waste of time
It took me sending three test invoices before the payment method showed up on it.
Then when I finally when to send the real invoice after dealing with the apps glitches and stupid design, they said I must pay $70 to send any more.
Super disappointed in this because if you figured out the bugs it would have been promising

Easy App, Rubbish log in
The app is very easy to use 100% however it logs you out randomly and it will not let you log back on with the correct password. You reset the password and it is still 50/50 logging on and it keeps repeating. Very shocking in the logging on part. Rest of the app is amazing
Poor customer Service
I’ve been with this app for over 10yrs and never had an issue. The app itself is great. Recently could not login with correct password - check update, renew password but still not opening. Contact customer support and no ph number - just chat. Waiting for 34 minutes saying 1 min to go and then went to a two hour wait. That’s extremely poor service guys and not good enough when using this regularly. Pete.

They will pull money right out of your checking account without warning. Be careful there are better apps out there such as quickbooks. They do not have good customer service either and you cannot get a hold of them. One transaction was $375 and another transaction was $3500 gone. Scammy tech company and I am very disappointed with them and the company Bill. Garbage

Deactivate My Account
I had to verify a couple of items and supposedly this email that was sent to me and never was said that my account was deactivated. This kind of confuse me and I had to contact customer support. They said they were gonna send me emails and never did so this app is garbage they lie to you. They don’t help you in any way and then there’s no information of what happened why it happened or anything? It’s kind of like they’re just beating around the bush.

Disabled my account for no reason and lost me 1.5 grand
I attempted to use this app to invoice a customer who bought expensive camera equipment from me. After the deal was made I got an email of a “random audit” on my account. Despite responding to audit correctly they deactivated my account and all pending funds were refunded. This customer has not responded to me and I have no way to get the money back.
They provided no reason for this. Customer service said there was nothing they could do to help me. Do not use this service, they will enable scammers to take your money and rug-pull you.

Slow response
Very disappointed with the service. I requested a simple phone number update and after several days the issue is still not resolved. Customer support has been slow to respond, and the delay has affected my ability to run my business and send invoices properly. I expected much better support for a paying customer. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and I am now considering moving to another provider.
