Invoice maker
It use to be simple to just create an invoice and send it off. The app updated and now everything is way different, too big of a update at one time. I tried contacting support three times since using this APP, I guess it’s over seas because it’s through a text only and the answers they give are very basic “when they respond”. For the price they charge you have much better options in the App Store.

Great app
My only problem is that the website functionality and the app functionality have never been consistent - interfaces and features between the 2 of them are difficult which makes it frustrating to use at times (most notably when charging in different currencies).
Confusing Mixed Invoices!
The new version or update mixes the unpaid and paid invoices it makes everything confusing I will cancel my subscription and ya’ll should too! unless it gets fixed like it used to.

Been using app for many years this new template update don’t like old one much better also been a couple of day I created invoices on app and a few hrs later don’t see them tried the desktop version and they there tried all the different devices I have still no luck
Great app for small businesses
I have about 7 months with this app and it hasn’t failed me. I use the tap-to-pay feature, works like a charm. ONLY THING I WISH is a feature to allow the customer to sign with their finger on my phone. Instead of sending it to them and having them put the email and all that. Older customers aren’t to tech savvy for all that. So that would be great to have soon.

Love this ….
I been using this app for 9 years almost and it makes my life easier. Until recently the font size was great for folks to read it, my self included. NOW I have to get a magnifying glass to read it my clients as well! Can you change the font to a readable size??? If not, I will have to find another way … ;(

My rating is solely for the recent update - I cant find some options I often use. Its basically just harder to navigate through smh.
I don’t like how you can’t copy your invoices anymore!
I did love this app and then you changed the layout. Put it back!!! This is a time waster now! I pay good money for this app and now it’s a complete waste of time!

They completely changed this interface, it’s horrible now. Been using this for years, started when it was free and begrudgingly had to start paying monthly, because I have hundreds of invoices. Now this new interface makes no sense and makes it hard to use. If you’re thinking of this for your business, don’t! I’m looking at attempting to find another invoicing system

WHAT HAPPENED?"
Started charging with no opt out. Was working fine for yearsi.. went to create an invoice today and it would only give me the option to subscribe for $129 a year and no opt out or ability to continue using the app… total bs

Costs too much for what you get and also recently upped the yearly subscription by $100 I won’t be getting it again

Sad this was free and they hiked up the price. As a freelancer and using the invoice sparingly during the year doesn't warrent this price. Developers should use the same pricing model as HP Smart printing. Have a set tier price as per the number of invoices used in a given period, and have a rollover option. I may use one invoice a month but maybe 5 the next. I get the creators need to be paid but it seems cheeky to hook you in, then charge you down the line. Couldn't they have advertisers in the app instead of charging users??

Invoice still showing when already paid
Hi , invoice still showing when paid in invoice category, it’s annoying to look to see who paid or not , will unsubscribe if not fixed soon

No communication except automated emails & bots.
It is now 27 days since bookipi charged my credit card. My vendor has STILL not been paid. Several emails with no response. Multiple automated responses to our inquiries asking for ‘patience’. A series of emails from both me and the vendor provided full documentation, and resulted in more automated emails with canned responses, asking for patience. I am going to give up and declare the transaction fraudulent with my credit card, meaning I now have to get a new card issued - thanks bookipi.

Nice app but ruined it because of forced subscription.
This app used to be great, but forcing users to subscribe just to create invoices is unacceptable. Many freelancers and small businesses only need a few invoices each month. A limit of 5–10 free invoices per month would be reasonable, but removing invoice creation entirely unless you pay is disappointing. This update has ruined an otherwise useful app.

Where would I be without this app?
This app is the bees knees when it comes to making invoices for my clients on the fly thank you for all your hard work & dedication to making this app user friendly.
Scamming
This app will scam the invoice sender and client with surcharges and fees. My setting are fully set up to make sure the client covers all applicable fees. After some time I noticed that I’m getting charges for those fees. After getting through their annoying “AI help” bot I got ahold of a real person. Basically just giving general statements like “if the customer pays the fees then you won’t” and “make sure your settings are set up correctly”. I sent picture evidence that my setting have been set up properly and ask for them to proved proof that they haven’t been double dipping surcharges. I have been waiting 4 days for a reply which I suspect will never come. STAY AWAY they will scam you. Very tempted to escalate this issue with the banks and have them look into this apps transactions.
