Good options, terrible service
Maybe I have bad luck, but the last three times I’ve ordered, it’s taken over an hour to get my delivery. I reach out to the customer service number, and I get no response. I would love to support local businesses and services, but I can’t afford to waste my money on getting cold food that’s barely edible.
Maybe if I was ordering lunch instead of after business hours, this would not be an issue, but it’s been my experience 3 times now. I can’t afford to keep throwing away my money like this.

Good food, terrible service
I don’t think I’ve had a delivery go smoothly yet.
The food is late, incorrect, or has to go through UberEats. I’m typing this right now while I’m waiting for a meal that’s over an hour late. I can’t reach the driver because the phone number they give for them does not connect, and their customer support number gives no option for a person to actually talk to a human. You can text—but no one answers. I’ve been texting that support number since this whole mess started, and I’ve gotten no response. Nowhere in this town stays open that late compared to real cities, so it wouldn’t be that hard to keep the support staffed until closing in case of issues—especially since there isn’t a way for customers to reach their drivers—who are allowed to stack multiple orders.
In tonight’s particular case, I placed the order at 8:05, got notice from the restaurant at 8:15 that it was ready, and got a reminder at 8:45 that it was waiting. The driver apparently picked it up at 8:50. My ETA was 9:15. Then it changed to 9:24. Then 9:50. Now it’s nearly 10:00, and I’m still tracking the driver’s progress around town.
If it wasn’t for the fact that they are the only ones who service certain restaurants, I would have quit giving them chances long ago. But this makes three strikes, and they’re out.

Yummy Options. Solid Service.
Whenever I don’t know what I want to eat I use Foodies to checkout the restaurants on here. They’ve got all Tallahassee classics but some smaller restaurants I’ve never tried before. The app has a few glitches still but overall wide variety of options and easy service. Like their local support.

Great customer service, while supporting local restaurants. Finally there is an online ordering platform responsive to users and that doesn’t charge restaurants up to a third of the order. A smart approach with the restaurant and consumers in mind. Customer service is excellent.
