Bad customer service!

Terrible customer service! The representatives are always with the restaurants ( as they call, “partners “ :)). Condescending attitude. And not to mention the support is different to find in the app!

Terrible Service

Ordered food with 20-minute delivery. Food arrived 2 hours later ice cold; never received so much as a “sorry.” Customer support was impossible to reach (only FAQ).

I’d rather pay more for its competitors; never order with this company ever again!
