The delivery is delayed beyond the expected time, and there is currently no option to cancel the order. It is requested to provide a cancellation option for such cases.

I have been using this app for quite a while now but the experience of using this app thus far has been of utter disappointment. After every damn order placed, the delivery guy gives me a call confirming the order and location but says the location shown is different and they charge the delivery according to the location so they’ll have to charge an extra amount to deliver to that shown location. This has been going on ever since I started using this app. It’s a damn scam. I ordered lunch four times today and they said the location shown is wrong. This app will leave u hungry and angry when u rely on it so whoever reads this, avoid this app at all cost.

Most annoying app
It takes forever to request an OTP for login. Skip login and nothing is there. Everything blank. Your search results of dishes and restaurants also doesn’t appear.

Very disappointed. The app manipulates reviews and deletes negative reviews and changes it to 5 stars. As a food delivery app kindly don’t engage in unfair business practices.

People have midnight cravings most of the time but when I go to this app and think of ordering something, the restaurants are already closed i.e before 10 pm. Dimapur is a city it seems when everything gets closed by 10 pm. Not asking it to be like metro cities because it’ll take forever to reach at that point or maybe a dream but try to be 10 % at least to reach at that point . And also my god the tax and charges. Don’t you think it’s a little too much ? The tax is equivalent to one plate of momo. Please try to fix that. Thank you
