Trial at beginning of trial period and can’t even access
Signed up for a trial after reading about this app in the book metabolically. Supposedly it was a month trial, was charged after a week and despite being charged can’t access the app. If they can’t get this part right I can’t imagine them getting anything else right. Run in the opposite direction!!!

Read Before Subscribing - Awful Experience
I tried to check this app out for Insulin Resistance, was told there would be a month free trial. Checked my subscription charges and was already charged $4.99 for the first month. Cancelled the subscription about 5 minutes later, on my apple subscription purchases it says I have access until March 28 and when I go back in the app it says I need to have a subscription. Haven’t even had a chance to experience the app. Buyer beware!

Meal plan with ease!
This app is a time saver when planning healthy meals for a family. The ability to choose a week of meals based on my health needs and then create a shopping list after adjusting the serving sizes based on my family size is fantastic. The meals are simple and use ingredients that are easy to find. The colorful pictures make it easy for my kids to choose meals that they like as well.

Overall this app is amazing. The app is a “one stop shop” meaning your recipes, meals you plan for the day and the shopping list for said meals are all in one location. Very beneficial and a lot of healthy foods.

The app is fantastic! Very detail oriented, great picture display and the information is clear and precise about what the idea of the app is all about. I didn’t see any issues at this time. All in all the app is working just fine. The feature I liked most would be the suggestions of foods/recipes you can eat throughout the day. I love it! At this time I can’t think of what to add or subtract from this app. It’s fantastic! If I could use this app while being free of charge, I would. It’s of great use, so many recipes to look into when you’re insulin resistant and even when you’re not. I really like it!

Infinite scrolling of high definition “foodtography” make this app seductive and enjoyable, as if Pinterest and the Food Network merged into one. With an abundance of smart and healthy recipes, to binge here is actually a good thing.

I really think this app is pretty nice. They have plenty of options to choose from. The recipes seem pretty healthy. And I think some are unique. I found some carrot cake bites that really sounds delicious.
Easy and Healthy meal planner!
Amazing healthy food app! There are many great features that I really like about this app. This app gives you many recipes from different cultures which are often made by chefs, health coaches, and doctors. You can add recipes to your calendar for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. There are also side dishes, drinks and desserts. The cooking and preparation time for each recipe are well stated. Very detailed but simple and quick information about what ingredients were used and the directions to prepare the meal. Even tips and notes to every recipe are included. You have an option to edit the meal such as changing the day or time, and repeating the meal on a different day or many days. The app allows you to select how many people you will be serving. Foogal offers food for everyone and anyone who has a difficult time finding healthy food to eat. This app is great for those who have pre diabetes, type 1 or type 2 diabetes, want to lose weight and prevent disease from sugar intake. One of the meals that I would really LOVE to try is the “Tandoori-Style Chicken with Banana Raita.” Overall, it is a great app to live healthy and try new food!

This is the best meal-planning app this far!
I loved the fact that I can create and plan an entire meal with ingredients, date and time with the app. The app is absolutely amazing! It’s just so convenient and fits right into my lifestyle and meets you right where you are! I would definitely recommend!
Handy for Meal Planning at a Glance
Since I’m very visual, the photos and layout are fantastic motivators when I’m meal planning. I like the calendar and how I can easily add recipes (with their pics!) to any day and mealtime of the week. Super convenient. The suggested side dishes are also really helpful for meal planning.
There are some vegetarian options and I’m looking forward to more vegetarian and even vegan options as time goes on.

Really user friendly.
I really enjoyed using this app. It has a ton of really good recipes. I like that this app is easy to use and gives you a tutorial on how to use it. I think this will be a great app for people that have diet restrictions or issues coming up with meals for those restrictions. So glad I was able to find this app. I will definitely continue to use this in the future.

Highly Recommend
Where can I begin…I am a busy first time father and IT specialist. My wife is an incredible mother but we both are overwhelmed quite often due to life being overwhelming. The last thing we both want to deal with is meal prepping and coordinating that nightmare. Trying this app, let me tell you, absolutely a lifesaver. The interface is so smooth and user friendly. The app works like a charm. It makes it so easy to coordinate and prepare for meals ahead of time, notifications about upcoming meals, and even the option to add your shopping list….incredible. The only downside is Kroger is the only grocery chain I can see. Maybe in the future updates they can include Whole Foods or Aldi. Besides that, I highly recommend this app to anyone and everyone.

Great App for Meal Planning!
This app makes it easy to prioritize health through the kitchen! There are so many different meal options and how great is it that you can sort them by how long it takes to prepare! You can also shop from your list directly through Krogers shopping app! It is great!

This app is incredible and am so glad that I’ve found it. This is the first app that I have found that’ll whose mission is surrounded by managing health concerns. As an avid meal prepped, this app saves me a tremendous amount of time by linking directly to a local grocery store by the meals and snacks selected.

Very nice meal planner that shares recipes and is easy to customize. It’s like a meal service subscription but without annoying deliveries and missed charges. Very nice way to track meals.
AMAZING APP!
I love this app so much! I just began to use it because I was diagnosed with prediabetes and they have delicious recipes! You can select how many you’re cooking for and have a grocery list based on those ingredients! Super accessible and easy to navigate! Going to recommend this to everyone!

This app is wonderful with making your day just that much easier! I love that I don’t have to search through blogs listing easy recipes anymore…I can just see a bunch a good ones here in one place. And on top of that, catered to my dietary needs.

This is definitely one of the better meal planning apps I’ve ever used. I’ve tried a few that were theoretically for health purposes but essentially just came down to cutting the portions to make it “healthier” and the meals on this app don’t seem to be falling prey to that. My roommate is diabetic and we are both enjoying meal planning with these options.
The only down side is no way to filter vegetarian but I won’t knock them for that because I asked and they said that option was coming within six months!

Clear and easy to use!
Foogal is a really solid health food app! I’m always skeptical of health apps because many push scammy or ultimately unhealthy eating patterns, but Foogal is not one of those apps! This app gives you access to a large variety of recipes that you can filter through your specific dietary needs. As someone who has a hard time finding food that they enjoy, the variety offered really makes sure that the app has something to offer for everyone. One of the best features is the Kroger connectivity, which allows you to buy ingredients you need directly in the Foogal app while checking off your ingredients for your planned meals.
