Every time and I do mean every time I go to the location on 15th street Tuscaloosa, they are always on point! Food fresh, Service speedy, and manners are almost as competitive as THEE Chick Fil A yeah I said it! I love you FOO! did I remind you that they came to the title town and secretly stolen all the business from. 🤔. Oh yeah that’s they name Guthries 🤭. Keep up the good work! Need some new sides and bigger tenders.
I loved Foosackly’s when they first opened in my city. They aren’t like they used to be. They give very small tenders and the fries get thrown in the trash they are so dry and soggy at the same time. The fries taste like the generic brand. So that’s a waste of money. It would be nice if they add some new sides to choose from. The slaw is horrible. I still like Foosackly’s but some locations are better than others. They people that work there are usually very nice. The chicken finger salad good most of the time.

Your Daphne location is PERFECT!!
I visit this location often. Today I decided to try another business near by because I wanted seafood, after dealing with a rude drive thru employee, false advertisement lunch specials, and an OLD online menu (wrong prices and no longer have specific items) and being told “pull up” I decided not to give them a last chance with their fish nuggets and went to your Daphne location where I know everyone is happy, smiling, friendly, the food is hot, fresh, quick service even though the line is always backed up to the street!! Thank you for great managers, wonderful employees, delicious hot food at a price I can afford!!! I won’t make the mistake again to give the other business a chance over what has always been a top notch business!!!!

Are there any rewards like other places offer ?
Needs some work
Overall it’s a good app. However it does not to add other options on the catering. Like add fingers in the buff instead of just the plain fingers. Has the same issues with fries (bacon Queso).
Viewing the menu to order is not easy
Trying to view the menu to place an order is way harder than it should be. Being forced to search the menu to find something is not always the easiest thing to do. Put it where you can view the menu in the app without having to search.

Thanks for your review! When we launched the foo app back in early December, we were testing at only a few of our restaurants, so all were not active when you submitted your review. However, all of our locations are now available through the app, so we hope that you’ll give it another try soon!
Please add Apple Pay to the app!
If Chick fil A is the Lord’s chicken, the Foo is the devil’s. It’s that tempting. Would be a five star if the app supported payment via Apple Pay. Would be much easier than entering a card number, expiration date, etc.

With the tools that this app gives me, I’m not sure I’ll ever cook again… or see my waist again for that matter.

I’m gonna be completely honest with you. Foosacklys is the best chicken finger restaurant in Alabama. This, makes it 100x better. The food is fast and easy.
