Worst company
Spent a lot of money to get flx points. And you use it to enter the raffle, won the raffle but they just decided to cancel it with no wrong doings on your end. Charge you and refund your money, and you lost your flx points. What a money grabber company.

No notification
I got no notification for a secured release and lost my spot because of it. No point going for raffles if you don’t know when you were selected or not
FLX points
I’m just really dissatisfied with the fact that my points expired without me having knowledge that they ever would! This is something that should be explained during the time you apply for the store credits 😡
App not working properly
Month or two ago i got an update for the app. After i updated it upcoming release section shows no shoe at all and just show no upcoming shoe at the movement which is not the case when i check on safari\Crome. I called customer care and did everything they told but this issue has not been resolved. It’s so annoying that I couldn’t purchase any shoe through submitting my entire in the app.
