What is the point?
Used to be a brilliant app but it’s so broken now. Can’t use my points everything is expiring and not able to access it at all. Been to the local store they say do the online chat but that’s even worse no fix in sight
Fails to Follow UK Consumer Law
Ordered a parcel that was marked as delivered, but I never received it. Footasylum refuses to provide a refund or replacement, relying on insufficient courier “proof.” This is a clear violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and distance selling regulations. Avoid unless you want to deal with legal disputes—better to go with JD Sports or their competitors.

As the title says. They currently have a Promo going on that requires you to purchase Off the App but lo and behold. Won’t allow me to log in which is apparently required to even make a purchase. Get good FootAsylum 🥴
