FAQ

What does the Footasylum app do?

The app allows users to shop for the latest streetwear and sneakers from various brands. It also features a rewards program where users can earn points, cashback, and unlock exclusive perks and early access to new product drops.

How does the rewards program work?

The rewards program is tiered, starting with an entry level that offers a birthday gift, access to competitions, and early sale access. As you shop more, you can level up to Pro, VIP, and AAA tiers, earning increasing amounts of cashback in points, with every 500 points equaling a £5 voucher.

Is the app free to download and use?

Yes, the app is free to download. While the app itself is free, it is designed for shopping, and users will make purchases for clothing and footwear. The rewards program encourages repeat purchases by offering benefits.

What kind of products can I find on the app?

You can find a wide range of streetwear and sneakers from popular brands such as Nike, adidas, ASICS, New Balance, UGG, and more. The app also features men's and women's clothing like hoodies, jackets, t-shirts, and accessories.

Can I get early access to new releases?

Yes, a key feature of the app is providing early access to the hottest drops and exclusive app-only sneaker releases. This is part of the rewards program, with higher tiers offering even earlier access and more exclusive deals.
