Very poor online experience

Topped up a£100 gift card to £118. 99 to buy a particular pair of shoes. When I went to purchase the shoe I was told the balance on the gift card was zero. No one to speak with directly and had to repeatedly send the information regarding my concerns to 4 different people. Avoid Office online.
