Very poor online experience
Topped up a£100 gift card to £118. 99 to buy a particular pair of shoes. When I went to purchase the shoe I was told the balance on the gift card was zero. No one to speak with directly and had to repeatedly send the information regarding my concerns to 4 different people. Avoid Office online.

Don’t buy the shoe online is very seating hundred percent I lose my money. I have no received my item and my money is also lost. Trust me. The office online is very seating I promise hundred percent.

The app ALWAYS crashes/freezes, would rather use the website - which often happens
Is not working properly
When you are watching a show and after wanna go back to last page you have been it takes you back to the main page to sign in… 🤷🏻♀️ and you lose all searches and filters you put because it doesn’t take you back to the previous page you been.
Avoid - Waste of time
This app does not work, if I could, I would post a negative score 😡

App would be great if it wasn’t for that annoying banner that covers shoes as your scrolling, telling you how many other views the shoe has had today!! I don’t care how many views it has had as this wil not influence one way or another if I buy a product. As a result you have to click on each item individually to get a better view. Who can be bothered to click on each individual item when there are so many items .. definitely slows down the shopping process 👎🏾👎🏾

The app doesn’t even work. It would always freeze and close itself so I deleted it. I just re-download it to try again and the app won’t let me even log in. Or register! The website isn’t much better which is a shame because I like the shoe selection :(

Can’t get past the registration. So annoying. Deleted app twice and re-installed. Tried existing customer incase I had set up a while back and forgot password. No email link received. Pointless!

Do not buy shoes from here, i created an account and bought a pair and there was no confirmation email sent through and i was logged out and the account deleted.
