Their website always has gems restocked in my size and on occasions, discounted. Feels like Xmas come early every time. Shipping is pretty quick and my order packaged securely. Captur is AWFUL!!!
This is a good app except for the new Captur (verify your a real person) process which has made the App totally unusable! I get needing bot protection etc but this is NOT the solution!
Worst app ever.
Placed my order, paid and gave my address and all my personal information etc. and after 4 days waiting for any reply. I emailed to check the status of my order. I got a reply that my order is cancelled. You guys wasted my 4 days. I was preparing for my marathon. Ordered shoes. Come don’t even wanna waste my time on such a waste app anymore. I trusted you guys. You guys broke my heart. Shi ..T customer support. After shi customer service.
