This company is not a good company to rent from. They don’t take care of their cars and rent them out as is. I rented from them and they gave me a car with bad brakes and they didn’t even want to fix the issue for me. Was told was going to get a refund for the rental and a month and a half later still giving me the run around. I reported them to the BBB due to the negligence of their so called “management team”

These people rented me a car with no current insurance or registration. The car was impounded with my belongings in it. However, the business has yet to rectify the situation. These people are scammers and utilizing gig platforms for clientele yet don’t do what they’re supposed to do with their fleet.

I took advantage of their promo which was 50% off your first week. When I got to the car, the check engine light is on, there's dents, on both sides of the car. The mirrors are damaged, it's filthy inside. Then the car wouldn’t start. It goes without saying that I didn’t take the car, they have given me the run around about my refund and now they’re saying I owe THEM money. This is a scam!

They tried to threaten me and say they’ll issue a warrant for my arrest if I don’t tell them the address for the vehicle , however I DID TELL THEM , and the ENTIRE SYSTEM WENT DOWN and because of that they said they were going to tow it but failed to relay it to the other staff and tried to bully me ! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM FIND SOMEONE ELSE . Even if you are desperate.

They don’t take care of any of their cars! Especially the ones here in Phoenix Arizona! They charge you for every little detail!! When they advertise one set rate on their website! Dropped the car off at a shop bc the battery was bad, they refused the shops services! Then towed the car away with my personal property in it!!!! AND THEN THEY DEACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!! They will let you spend nearly $500 on their site to then tell you they don’t actually have a car for you to rent. Oh but it’s no big deal, they’ll happily cancel the reservation, with no mention of a refund. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. Don’t get scammed, I should’ve read the reviews first.

This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The first car they gave me was a 2018 Malibu with one headlight, the check engine light on, and the tire pressure light on. When I complained, they swapped it out for a 2016 Chevy Cruze, which was just as bad check engine light, tire pressure light, and filthy inside (blonde hair all over the seats and floors). That car ended up stalling on me during an Uber trip while I had a passenger. I had to pay out of pocket for my rider’s Uber so they could finish their trip. The car was later towed.
When I went back to swap again, they gave me a 2018 Chevy Equinox. Same issues ,check engine light, tire pressure light plus no working radio and no rear passenger seatbelt. I tried to deal with it because I was hustling on Uber, but things only got worse.
While driving, I was pulled over by Atlanta Police four cars pulled up only to be told the car’s registration was suspended and the insurance was invalid. The vehicle was impounded, I received a citation for insurance violation, and I was left with no car. To make it worse, the company has not responded to me about a refund.
This business is reckless and dangerous. They put people’s lives and livelihoods at risk by renting out unsafe, unregistered, uninsured vehicles. Do not rent from this company under any circumstances.

Worst company ever. The cars are beat up and they will not address any concerns you have. They lie and say they will and never do. Don’t waste your money. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Please save yourself the time & the stress. I took a $50 Uber only to get there & the car isn’t driveable. & they were no other cars available. Like whattttt !!! Then customer service kept stating another car will be available in the afternoon. I waited 5 got darn hours !!! The company needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY !!!!

I was referred by one of the “managers” during a Lyft ride. He told me they have more affordable rental options. I took him up on his offer and downloaded the app to rent. They asked for the deposit and rental fee up front. I didn’t mind because in total the price was less than what I was already paying from another rental place. I ended up being charge $200 more than what I confirmed for through the app. When I tried to talk to customer service no on could help. They had to wait for “ management”. I ended up talking to the same guy that referred me, Jovan. He tried to insure me that I’ll get my full refund in 3-5 business days. I had no longer trust the company so I had canceled the pick up well before the appointment time. I haven’t receive the $100 deposit, the $331.06 rental fee, or the extra $200 charge, and it’s been well over 3 weeks. PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM GET OVER ON MORE PEOPLE. P.S I only gave one star because I couldn’t submit the review without one!!!

I have been dealing with this company since like May 26th 2025 the car they gave me at first need a differential so I left it at the shop they kept promising me day after day that I’ll have a car but no car so I asked for a refund they said it was impossible to get a refund. That’s a lie. Then I had them tell me it’ll take 7-10 business days so here it is July 10th 2025 and still to date no refund. They said they would credit me towards another rental but they don’t hand no cars to rent so it’s all empty promises. Everyone I talk to says oh it’s processed well get back to you or we’ll call you back and still no phone call or refund. This business is not accredited with the better business bureau. Horrible business. There has to be a way to sue them cuz this is so totally unprofessional.

This is a horrible experience and the fact the you never speak with a person to understand how this goes. I get there to pick up the vehicle and it’s raggedy! I mean ding and beat up. Inside disgusting with cigarette/ blunt burn marks everywhere. First day I did not drive trying to figure out what I can do. Had to find a seat cover for the back seat. Decide to do Amazon during the day but they had disabled the car causing me to miss my block then charging me personal miles for not having any bookings when the reason I am not Ubering is because of the condition of the vehicle. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! Be safe out here.

False Promises and No Accountability
I received a promotional text after downloading the app, which offered a free deposit on my first rental. I proceeded to confirm the rental based on that offer, but I was still charged a deposit fee. I was told the fee would be refunded, yet after confirming my rental, I was informed that the vehicle was no longer available. I waited nearly two hours while they said they were checking for another option, but I never received a follow-up. I politely requested that they cancel the reservation and issue a refund, but they neither canceled my booking nor returned my payment or deposit. At this point, it feels like deceptive and possibly predatory behavior. I strongly caution others against using this service.
