Quality is piss poor
They use to be ok but now the cars are always damaged, customer service is a joke. They hold your security deposit up to 30 days after u return the vehicle. I’ve never waited more than 48hrs-7 business days with a rental company even mainstream ones like enterprise. It’s just a mess

App is functional
It’s easy to use for payment. Down side is you can have multiple payment methods but on the app, you can only use the primary. You have to calm support to use other options. The multi payment method is used for automatic payments only. Support through the app is frustrating. It’s AI generated generic responses. Just easier to call support if you have any real issues.

Beware the wrath of Khan
There was a customer service representative that was based over seas im guessing because he had a heavy Indian accent. His last name was Khan and I don’t recall his first name. He said some of the rudest things to me and laughed over the phone when my primary form of payment was initially declined…..Do Better🙏🏿

Stay away from trouble
Booking with this company will make your life a nightmare. They ensure they can charge you for anything & suddenly stop communicating when you need their help for maintenance or insurance included in your bill. Uber shouldn’t keep working with this UCars fraud. However, You can test by yourself & realize how they operate. Good luck you’ll need it
