they write only $3 but Card already deduced $126. The charged again and again. I dispute my card but they got every information. In charge me again and again they’re totally fraud. someone call you and miss guide you there are totally fraud.

Not worth it
App is not reliable, definitely not worth $40. Still owed a $40 charge from my cancel! Had to cancel via back & forth emails.

This app will not save login info, nor does it pull up passwords. It’s like they do not want you to actually log in

Game changer
When I first started searching in my area, I was blown away by all the houses available. I decided to check out the free trial and realized I got all the property details. Now we’re searching daily for our new home.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS APP AND WEBSITE!!!
Signed up for the subscription for $40 a month. The app then glitches and says “An error occurred verifying your membership with Apple iTunes”. I logged onto the website and there the problem still persisted. The website continues to say that I need to become a premium member…. even though I already am. So I give in and click become a premium member. I sign in just for it to take me back to the same page…. over and over again . So all in all I wasted time and lost $40. I am now in contact with PayPal to get my money back!!! 😡

Scam? Not sure…
Before signing up for a membership, I decided to check out a few of the listed properties around me that only had an aerial, street name, city and state. I was able to get the full address from just the aerial, street name & google maps. I then checked the county auditor’s web site to get the sales history…I was surprised & disappointed to find that the homes were already purchased over a month ago! One can only assume that upon purchase, the filters result in up-to-date data?! I don’t trust an app/website that obfuscates data in order to pressure a membership out of the user (when that info is otherwise easily attainable from HUD, county property/tax site or county sheriffs’ listings of either lien or foreclosed properties).

Horrible clunky app. Had to pay the premium subscription just to learn it doesn’t work in Canada. Then I sent a message to support for help unsubscribing and months later (after I had forgotten about it) I just realized they never got back to me and have been taking their monthly subscription still. Their “cancel subscription” button is glitching for me so I can’t unsubscribe and they don’t get back to my support requests. Look elsewhere for foreclosure information this app is a complete mess

DON’T BUY !!! Even if you pay the fee for the app, when you try to view any details on the properties, it won’t let you unless you re-sign up and pay an additional fee like you would if you were going to their website in the first place. I called the foreclosure.com number about this, saying it’s a scam if you charge $40 for an app that doesn’t do anything unless you pay a second, double subscription fee. They literally said “yeah, whatever, you’ll have to take that up with iTunes.” This isn’t a legitimate business with a goal of providing a genuine service for customers. It knowingly rips people off with an app that doesn’t work, and refuses to refund when you call them about it.

This is the worst! So disingenuous! You get charged $39.99 without it being clear at all. Here’s how they do it: “Would you like to see more of the property?” Click yes and your charges are adding up without a single clear notification. Now I’m on the phone trying to get my money back. I haven’t figured out how they get around the legality of it but This is a scam! Plain and simple.

if you are looking to buy for your self this is not the app for you...my guess is the few that gave it a 5 are realtors or doin this as a buisness so the $40 registration fee is worth it for them...but for the rest of us, there are other websites/apps out there for free and will list most if not all that are in this app. i also checked the website and they actually ask for your credit card info even though they advertise it as "free"...go figure!
