Be prepared to start over
This is a fun game that took many hour long play sessions to complete. The cards, characters, and gameplay have been carefully considered to offer an outstanding gameplay experience. One thing that shocked me was that I got sent back to the beginning of the game right after I thought I had completed the game. It turns out that there is an ideal ending!

literally such a good game
the story telling, the animation, the gameplay, the sound, the characters, the EVERYTHING. genuinely how is this priced at this?? the developers put a lot of love in this game and you can FEEL IT. 10/10!! or I guess 5/5 in this case…

Don’t buy this if you get at all frustrated with games.
After replaying my current region more than a dozen times, literally memorizing all the cards and paths, I’m still stymied and can’t progress. Maybe I should just start over and make different storyline choices, but can’t bring myself to throw away all that time getting to this last level. Certain play mechanics, like not being able to pre-arrange battle order, and not being able to replay a region within a level are just poor.

Tough game. Deleted after 45 mins of trying.
Add cloud archive
The game is good, but there is no cloud archiving, and switching devices cannot be seamlessly connected. Please add cloud archiving in the future.

Je n’ai pas de son dans le jeu depuis un iPad, est il possible de venir en aide ? J’adore le jeu mais impossibles d’avoir du son’ j’ai déjà essayé de le re installer et rien ne change.

Fantastic game with one major flaw
If you fail halfway through a mission, even if you go to a different region during the mission, you’re reset back to the beginning of the mission. For missions that take 20-30 minutes per region, I refuse to redo almost an hour of mission progress. Please fix the save progress and I would give it 5 stars. At a minimum, it should save my progress to the start of each region, NOT the start of the entire mission.

So fun! The art is amazing
I love the game a lot- i think theres a few issues with the card mechanics(like, the card physics themselves- the card you’re hovering over not pulling to the front, sometimes the cards will be unselectable, etc-) but it doesn’t pull me out of the game! I actually could see using this same engine for more stories and expanding the world of volepain and his buddies- the studio’s creativity makes me think it could be a super successful series

Repetitive gameplay
Unlike the rogue like deck builders on the market this game is completely story driven. The stories interesting, and the consequences of your choices and actions is a lot of fun to play with.
Level progression itself though is just cycling through the same cards until you reach your destination. Combat is optional, but usually you just end up throwing all your resources just to end it without an actual fight. All in all the gameplay itself is lacking and you quickly feel the fatigue of the cyclic nature of the cards.

Überraschend Umfangreich
Ein wirklich cleveres narratives Kartenspiel, mit hohem Wiederspielwert und viel zu entdecken. Tolle Grafik, toller Sound.
Good game
Fun game with great visuals and sounds. I especially enjoy the creativity behind some of the hidden interactions. I recommend for the price. Do wish it had a feature to move dialogue a bit quicker.
No controller support

Anyways there’s a few typos which isn’t a big deal but y’all should fix that also the sound settings keep resetting which is annoying and the narrator voice needs to be 500% louder cuz even on max it’s quite af 😒

As for the narrator volume, one workaround is to lower the other volume sliders in the settings to make the voice stand out more. I can’t play this game
Warning: this game is SLOW. Likely because this isn’t native to mobile, but the UI tells you nothing until you click on a card. Combat is slow. Flipping used cards is slow. Checking how each card interacts with the location cards is slow. It would be quicker to play this game on tabletop. I strongly recommend against this game.

Other developers should take note. That fact that a modern dev is willing to take time to make a complete game with beautiful art, story, UI and gameplay is refreshing. East to tell that this team enjoys creating quality things.
