No proper support from forever52, they will send used products
I hv ordered few products frkm this app and they sent me used ones or demo pics i raised concern , try to connect with customer support asked fr help through what’s app but no , they simply send offers details and other stuff and after multiple failure they supposed to call me but no they took money and vanished as if they doesn’t exit i just wanted to add my screenshot but im not able to add worst ever service in my makeup career..n today they called me asking of unbixing video bcz they know they hv sent demo puc to me

Frustrating Experience with Forever 52 Mobile App
I had high hopes for the Forever 52 mobile app, but unfortunately, it has been a disappointment from the start. The user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) are incredibly poor, making navigation a headache.
Moreover, the lack of a cancellation option for orders is incredibly frustrating. When I encountered an issue and needed to cancel an order, I was shocked to find no visible or accessible method to do so within the app. This lack of functionality speaks volumes about the app's shortcomings in basic customer service.
Adding insult to injury, the unavailability of customer support when needed is exasperating. Every attempt to reach out for assistance has been met with no response or prolonged waiting times. It's incredibly disheartening to face such hurdles when seeking help or clarification regarding an order.
I genuinely wanted to enjoy the shopping experience with Forever 52, but the consistent issues and lack of support have made it impossible. I sincerely hope the developers and customer service team take serious steps to address these fundamental flaws because, as it stands, this app fails to meet even the most basic expectations of a functional and supportive shopping platform.

Worst site to order
These are the most unprofessional bunch of people I have seen. I placed order on 16th sept and it has been 5 days now, the team is providing me some random tracking details which actually belong to someone else’s order. Now these people are not even ready to refund my money which is more than 6k. I read Parul Garg’s name on this palette so I bought this. I was a fool to purchase from here.
Please do not buy from here, they are loots, better opt for Nykaa, way more professional and than them.
