Amazing Products - Minimal Pricing!
Have been using Charlotte Tilbury, Nars, Mac, Smashbox all this while. Recently, I got a chance to use Recode Products, and I bet their products are here to beat the high end luxury products- offering international standard products at minimal cost. The quality of products, the packaging and the customer experience is surreal. Would highly recommend this brand to everyone!

Very bad customer service
I had high hopes for Recode given the hype around their products, but my experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing.
Despite multiple attempts to reach out for support regardinga damaged product I received delayed and unhelpful responses. It felt like no one was truly interested in resolving the issue — just generic replies by AI without any real solution.
Good products should be backed by reliable support, and sadly, Recode failed in that aspect. I really hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their response time and accountability.

Making customers foolish, not able to provide delivery, but consumes customer time, customer care is in deep sleep, i am very disappointed. Helpless
