Amazing Products - Minimal Pricing!
Have been using Charlotte Tilbury, Nars, Mac, Smashbox all this while. Recently, I got a chance to use Recode Products, and I bet their products are here to beat the high end luxury products- offering international standard products at minimal cost. The quality of products, the packaging and the customer experience is surreal. Would highly recommend this brand to everyone!

Very bad customer service
I had high hopes for Recode given the hype around their products, but my experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing.
Despite multiple attempts to reach out for support regardinga damaged product I received delayed and unhelpful responses. It felt like no one was truly interested in resolving the issue — just generic replies by AI without any real solution.
Good products should be backed by reliable support, and sadly, Recode failed in that aspect. I really hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their response time and accountability.

My order is not received and there is no update from the company. And i am trying to call them from last 10 days there is no reponse. And not a single attempt is made by logistics team of this recode. And they are not helpimg me. Please refund my amount.

I downloaded the app and ordered , after that app automatically log out now I tried many many times but not able to login , it doesn’t work anymore 😔

Really disappointed with the quality of the product.I bought the Multani face wash and all skin type one but both have disappointed me.I purchased it before also but that time it was good that’s why I ordered it again but this time it was not good at all. It doesn’t form lather while using and not even cleaning the face.
