In the updated version the pages are too large for the screen. Can’t read some info.
Billing issue
Spoke with Robert in Sales who went above and beyond to solve a billing issue. I really appreciate him taking the time. The lady at customer support kept hanging up on me. I really appreciate Robert being mindful of customers time as well as employees that it took to make the calls to rven resolve the issue. Five-Stars Robert, thank you.

2025 update not working
Not working
Was great but now doesnt work
The app crashes and won’t let me search at all. It was just fine until I got a new iPhone and all of a sudden it didn’t work at all.
Help!
It is an amazing product but the last update keeps it crashing!
Last update is a fail
Sorry to report that the last update is now including false information to include incorrect address and vehicle information. I’m also seeing the phone numbers are coming up As relative owners vs the actual owner as they did prior to the update. I think during this update, the data collection and/or sources are be becoming corrupt.

Check before you go
I have been using this app for two years. I cannot begin to tell you how many numbers I’ve typed in to find out the criminal charges against them were so dangerous for murder kidnapping, and Domestic Violence charges thank you forearm for forewarning me.
Update sort of ruined it
The newest update UI is brutally terrible. The small changes they made was good but now the missing match keys dont show so everything that pops up as a potential match looks fully valid even if birthday doesnt check out because it doesnt show whether a key matches or not it just shows matched keys which is brutal. I liked the colored tabs too when it was green for fully clean record and yellow for warning. The old version was far superior for screenshotting and using as background check for records on file. This version is nearly impossible to screenshot full record with names. Not sure who’s deciding the UI but it should go back to where it was for sure.

Latest update has big problems.
The app used to work great. Yeah the constant 2FA requirements even after FaceID login is annoying, but you get used to it. The new UI is bad. Why separate blocks for each type of data? It was better when it was all one table. Worst of all is that pasting phone numbers is broken. I used to be able to copy a number from my CRM or my phone’s call log and paste it right into the search field. It didn’t matter if there was a country code ahead of the number it would just automatically chop that off and searched the 10 digit number. Now with the latest update if I paste it in, it gets all truncated in the last three digits get cut off. I have to go in and manually correct the phone number. It’s totally ruined the experience.

I did a search on a “so-called” cash investor making an offer before we even met in person. Forewarn showed years of issues from out of state, until he moved to Florida and started scamming people here too. I use it whenever I have to meet a potential buyer or tenant.
